As a Weld Engineer, you will report directly to the Engineering Manager while implementing state-of-the-art welding practices.

This role requires expertise in developing Welding Procedure Specifications and Qualification Records and involves hands-on collaboration with Robotic Weld Technicians to enhance quality and efficiency. A proactive approach in executing initiatives will be essential for success in this dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct welder certification testing and maintain records
Develop Welding Procedure Qualification Records and Specifications




Program and optimize robotic weld cells
Train associates on welding procedures and techniques
Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing Requirements:
2-year Welding Technology Associate Degree or 4-year Bachelor's Degree
3–5 years experience in a fabrication manufacturing setting
Certified Welder or Certified Welding Inspector certification
Excellent knowledge of GMAW and GTAW processes
