UCP - Medication Administration Casual
Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes or assisted living facilities
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and secure environment for clients
Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Skills:
Experience in senior care, assisted living, nursing homes, or dementia care is preferred
Strong caregiving skills and a compassionate nature
Knowledge of medication administration procedures
Ability to prepare nutritious meals and accommodate dietary restrictions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately
