REQUIREMENTS
Community College Diploma in Social Services or University Degree in Social Sciences. Related experience preferred. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated Commitment to Community Living
Demonstrated Commitment to and experience in, Person Centered Planning
Experience & flexibility in different areas across the Association
Commitment in involving people to become more involved in their communities
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Demonstrated experience through Core Competencies
Demonstrated ability to work within a larger day supports team
Comfortable with personal care
Ability to complete Q-Straint process and drive wheelchair accessible vehicles
This requires the successful candidate to have a valid Ontario Driver’s License.



The successful candidate would have to provide proof that s/he has a valid driver’s license upon being hired.
