Role Overview

We are hiring Technicians to support both snow removal (winter) and lawn care (spring-fall) operations. This hands-on role is ideal for dependable, experienced technicians looking to advance into leadership positions such as Crew Lead or Branch Manager.

Winter Season Responsibilities
Adaptable daytime schedule (typically between 6 AM - 9 PM, depending on snowfall)
No overnight shifts
Operate snowblowers, sweepers, and small equipment to clear driveways and sidewalks
Use our mobile app to view routes, upload photos, and track completion
Communicate with team leads and dispatch through the app

Summer Season Responsibilities
Mow, trim,



and edge lawns for residential and commercial properties
Perform fertilizer and weed control applications (training provided)
Conduct equipment checks and routine maintenance
Load/unload trailers and manage daily route prep
Maintain safety, efficiency, and site quality on every job

Qualifications
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Proven reliability and attention to detail
Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps for scheduling and reporting
Prior lawn care, landscaping, or snow removal experience required
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
