Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Flat Deck Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting freight and goods to various destinations while maintaining compliance with all safety regulations. Responsibilities
Safely operate commercial trucks for local or long-distance deliveries, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
Load and unload freight using forklifts and other heavy equipment when necessary
Inspect vehicles regularly to ensure proper functioning and perform basic automotive repairs or maintenance as needed
Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and reports
Coordinate with dispatchers and warehouse staff to ensure timely pickups and deliveries




Assist in the operation of heavy equipment and machinery related to freight handling when required
Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents or damage during transportation and loading activities

Experience
Valid 2 years commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record (Flat deck experience is an asset) will train the right person.
Prior experience in commercial driving, freight transportation, or related fields preferred
Familiarity with forklift operation, heavy equipment, and automotive repair is a plus
Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently
Knowledge of safety regulations related to trucking and freight handling
Robust organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and compliance requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $7,000.00-$8,500.00 per month
