We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dispatcher to join our trucking company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customs clearance in dispatch department, and coordinating with carriers, brokers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate the smooth movement of goods across international borders.

Key Responsibilities -
Prepare, PARS & PAPS,
Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, freight forwarders, and government agencies.
Review commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other shipping documents
Monitor shipments and resolve customs clearance issues, delays, and discrepancies.
Maintain accurate customs records and documentation
Support customs audits and ensure proper record retention.

Qualifications –




Experience in customs, inbound & outbound freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.
Excellent communication of English is highly key
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a quick-paced workplace.
Knowledge of AVVAL software is an additional advantage
