We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our TELUS/Koodo retail team in Edmonton.

The successful candidate will help customers find the right mobility, internet, and wireless solutions, provide excellent customer service, and support the day-to-day operations of the store.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their needs
Recommend suitable TELUS/Koodo products and services
Assist with new activations, upgrades, and account-related inquiries
Promote mobility, internet, and other available products and services
Meet individual and store sales goals
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Complete basic administrative and daily store tasks
Stay up to date with current products, promotions, and plans

Qualifications
Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, professional, and friendly attitude




Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending products
Strong ability to learn new products, plans, and systems
Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Sales experience in telecommunications is an asset, but training will be provided
