As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Your ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain food safety standards will ensure a delightful experience for our patrons.

Duties
Prepare and serve milkshakes, waffles, food, and other dessert bar menu items according to brand standards.
Operate espresso machines and make basic coffee and tea drinks (if offered at location).
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dessert bar, prep areas, and equipment.
Restock ingredients, toppings, and supplies throughout shifts.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.




Assist in opening and closing duties including inventory, cash handling, and cleaning.
Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a memorable guest experience.

Requirements
Prior experience in a café, dessert shop, or food service environment preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for food and dessert presentation.
Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) is an asset
