Responsibilities
Lead and supervise team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures
Coordinate daily workflows, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines and operational targets
Manage budgeting activities related to team resources, supplies, and operational expenses
Oversee program management initiatives, ensuring projects are executed effectively from planning through completion
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to support team development and enhance overall productivity
Maintain accurate administrative records, including attendance, performance reports, and operational documentation




Foster a positive team environment by promoting open communication, collaboration, and motivation

Requirements
Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
Solid administrative skills with experience in record keeping and reporting
Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience managing financial resources effectively
Experience in program management with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills to motivate staff and liaise with other departments or stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, resolve conflicts, and promote teamwork
Relevant experience in operations or related fields is preferred
