Requirement, skills and ability:
Have at least 2-years of experience in the Specialty Coffee Industry.
SCA certificate - a big plus.
Advanced Latte Art skills are a prerequisite for employment.
Comfortable with working with POS
Strong teamwork personality with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Have a desire for personal development and a willingness to learn new skills.
Have no boundaries in collaboration and innovation, with the ability to inspire team members and customers.
Robust communication skills and a genuine sense of humour and kindness, thoughtful for team and customer and positive attitude.
