You'll build and ship production AI systems and agents that automate complex enterprise workflows, working across the stack and solving real-world problems at significant scale.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
Has
built and deployed LLM-powered or agentic systems in production
Strong hands-on software engineering skills —
Java, Python and/or TypeScript
Experience owning and shipping software end-to-end
Comfortable working across backend, APIs, integrations and frontend when needed
Strong product mindset and comfortable operating in a rapid-moving environment
Based in Canada
