You will be responsible to provide care that is safe, efficient, high-quality, and aligned with provincial standards and direction.Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to assess and address physical and mental health needs, including conducting risk assessments and crisis interventions to develop and implement effective care plans.- Provide prompt and appropriate responses to medical and psychiatric emergencies, ensuring timely and effective interventions.- Identify and evaluate potential safety risks to oneself and others, taking proactive and preventive measures to mitigate harm.- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, documenting both physical and mental health status.- Promote preventative health measures and healthy lifestyle choices to support overall well-being.- Establish and sustain skilled, respectful relationships with a diverse client base, fostering trust and effective communication.QualificationsJob Capabilities:As a public servant, we are seeking someone who:- Is accountable,
