Be an integral part of TURBINE-X’s Finance team as an Intermediate Accounting Technician in Nisku, AB. Focus on managing cash flows, banking processes, and month-end closes while ensuring compliance.
In this role, you’ll participate actively in treasury operations, handling electronic payments and maintaining accurate financial records. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to handle multiple accounting priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy in processing EFTs and wire payments
• Conduct comprehensive bank and cash reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
• Validate vendor banking information and cash management
• Help prepare GST returns and supporting documentation
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in treasury
• Familiar with month-end procedures and financial controls
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
