Mark’s is seeking a Department Lead in-store to engage customers and teammates with a positive, helpful attitude. You will support the store management team with shift oversight in your department and other areas of the store as needed.
You will set an example for selling, manage tasks such as merchandising, pricing, restocking, inventory and signing, and mentor part time staff. You will help ensure daily sales goals are met and promote Triangle loyalty and other customer programs.
