Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble shawarma and other menu items following established recipes and food safety standards
Cook meats and vegetables using appropriate techniques to ensure quality and consistency
Serve customers efficiently with friendly, attentive service, taking orders accurately and handling transactions
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with health regulations
Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling procedures and maintaining hygiene standards




Assist in meal preparation during busy periods to support smooth restaurant operations
Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, cooking appliances, and kitchen equipment

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with serving customers and food preparation techniques is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices is a plus
Kitchen experience or background in the food industry will help you excel in this role
Robust communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for delivering excellent customer service
