Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences
Customized travel itineraries including flights and transportation arrangements
Provide expert guidance. TICO credentials is needed.
Handle booking processes efficiently using reservation systems and ensure all documentation is accurate
Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining ongoing client relationships
Stay informed about the latest travel details.

Qualifications




Proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality roles within the travel industry or related fields
Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate information clearly
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Passion for travel and a genuine desire to help clients
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
