Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and informative lessons on beauty treatments, skincare techniques, and aesthetic procedures tailored for adult learners
Develop and update curriculum content to reflect current industry standards and best practices
Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and confidence-building among students
Assess student progress through practical demonstrations, written tests, and ongoing feedback
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student achievements in compliance with institutional policies
Provide mentorship and career guidance to help students transition into professional roles within the beauty industry
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance program quality and ensure alignment with industry trends
Requirements
Proven classroom experience teaching beauty or aesthetician courses at an adult college or similar educational setting
Must have a Teacher License
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage adult learners
Demonstrated ability to develop curriculum materials and assessments that meet educational standards
Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring beauty specialists
Relevant certifications or licenses in aesthetics or cosmetology are preferred but not mandatory
Ability to create a positive learning environment that fosters growth, confidence, and professionalism
