Assignment:
Part time 0.48 FTE Interim teaching position.
Instructing as an English Kindergarten teacher
Two (2) days per week
Duties to commence as soon as possible and will continue for the remainder of the 2026/2027 school year

Qualifications:
Experience teaching Kindergarten and/or Elementary students would be considered an asset
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience teaching literacy and numeracy through play-based learning would be considered an asset
Willingness to work in a team-oriented learning setting and positive team member
Assessment literate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use wide-ranging instructional strategies to meet a wide range of individual needs
Effective classroom management
Commitment to ongoing professional growth
