Responsibilities
Remove and replace tires efficiently using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation to ensure safety standards are met
Perform wheel alignments, balancing, and other maintenance tasks as needed
Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance recommendations, and sales opportunities
Conduct heavy lifting of tires and wheels safely to prevent injury and ensure proper handling
Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of old tires and materials




Keep detailed records of services performed and communicate effectively with team members

Experience
Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems and tire technology is essential
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance procedures enhances performance
Strong customer service skills to assist clients professionally and courteously
Ability to lift heavy tires repeatedly while following safety protocols
Experience with sales or upselling automotive products is a plus
Basic understanding of automotive repair processes helps in diagnosing tire-related issues
