Job Title: Lube Technician

Responsibilities
Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks on customer vehicles
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Upsell additional services and products to customers
Keep work area clean and organized
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar role preferred but not required
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
