Calscapes Inc is seeking experienced Skid Steering Operators for the snow removal season to join our team!
Looking for reliable, motivated, hard workers who are safety orientated.
JOB DUTIES:
Operate skid steers and loaders to clear snow from commercial properties
Perform snow removal efficiently while maintaining secure equipment operation
Assist with manual snow removal as required
Monitor ice conditions and apply appropriate ice control materials
Work long shifts during heavy snowfall events
Work effectively both independently and within a team environment
Perform duties in extreme winter weather conditions
Demonstrate robust time management skills and take pride in quality workmanship
Desired Qualifications:
Solid customer service skills
Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
Experience driving trucks and towing trailers is an asset
Valid Class 5 driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract, and reliable transportation
Knowledge of the city is an asset
Be able to get to the office
