Service Maintenance Technician

Immeubles Perfection Realty Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Service Technician to join our team.

This position involves general maintenance, repairs, and renovations of our residential apartments and commercial properties throughout the Greater Moncton area.

Responsibilities
Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
Complete basic carpentry, painting, drywall, and finishing work.
Install and repair doors, windows, trim, and stairs.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Maintain a protected and clean work environment.
Follow company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications
Experience in construction, renovation, or building maintenance.
Robust carpentry and general repair skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.




Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bilingual (English and French) candidates are preferred.
