Assist in developing and communicating the strategic plan
Conduct strategic analyses for informed decision-making
Support the implementation of a rolling 3-year plan

Facilitate project and change management processes Requirements:
Master’s degree in health administration, business management, or related field
Five years of experience in strategic planning or execution
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset
Robust analytical and communication skills
