Join our agile team as a Supervised Behaviour Therapist (SBT), where you'll play a vital role in supporting children with diverse behavioural and developmental needs. In this engaging position, you will implement evidence-based behavioural interventions, monitor progress, and collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to foster positive growth. Responsibilities
Implement individualized behaviour intervention plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
Observe and record behavioural data accurately to track progress and inform treatment adjustments.
Support children during therapy sessions, encouraging positive behaviours and skill development.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
Maintain thorough documentation of all sessions, observations, and progress notes in compliance with privacy standards.
Assist with patient care activities, including basic health monitoring and ensuring a safe environment for children.
Running the 1:1/ dyad/ triad/ group sessions as written and trained by the RBA





Qualifications
Experience working with children/ teens/ adults in 1:1 ABA therapy sessions (MUST)
Knowledge of special education principles and behavioural intervention strategies.
Skilled in data collection methods to monitor behavioural trends and treatment outcomes.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
Relevant certifications or training in behaviour analysis or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent resident.
Must have a vulnerable screening test (within 6 months)

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 20.0 per week
