Duties and Responsibilities
Stand management completing daily inventory counts
Help to oversee daily operations and supervise the servers, support staff, bartenders
Lead, train, coach, and mentor a small team
Answer guest inquiries and address concerns in a timely manner
Ensure strict compliance with Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs
Maintain a clean and organized stand
Adhere to uniform standards and job specific standard operation procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
Actively demonstrate teamwork, secure work practices, open communication, accuracy in transactions, respect, sincerity, helpfulness, and courtesy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with robust desire and ability to delight and accommodate guests
Solid organizational skills with ability to work in high pressure situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
ProServe certification required
Spirits and/or Wine service education would be an asset
Evening and weekend availability required





The hourly wage rate for this position is $19. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation.
