About the Role: As a Service Advisor, you are the key link between our customers and the service team.



Youll play a critical role in delivering a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
Explain recommended services and repairs clearly and confidently
Prepare and manage service work orders
Communicate updates between customers and technicians
Ensure timely follow-up and a high level of customer satisfaction

Pay: $40,000.00-$88,000.00 per year
