Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of mechanical knowledge to effectively assist our clients with their automotive needs. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service while also identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.

Duties
Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
Assess customer needs and provide recommendations for services based on their vehicle's condition.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including cash handling.
Upsell additional services and products that may advantage the customer’s vehicle performance.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery and communicate updates to customers.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a courteous manner.




Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Robust mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle issues and communicate effectively with customers.
Excellent upselling skills with the ability to identify potential sales opportunities.
Proficient in cash handling and maintaining accurate financial records.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
