Lead and innovate at the Library of Parliament as Senior Director of Branches and Parliamentary Outreach. Reporting to the Director General, you will provide strategic leadership in library branch services, parliamentary outreach initiatives, and information services.

This senior role involves championing excellence while managing a diverse team of librarians and specialists. You will focus on driving change, advancing the Library’s priorities, and ensuring client-focused service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic library initiatives
Lead transformational services and modernize processes




Cultivate partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Represent the Library on various committees
Ensure delivery of high-quality programs and services Requirements:
Master's degree in library and information studies
Significant experience in leadership within library functions
Proven track record in strategic planning and stakeholder relations
Experience in managing change and client-focused operations
