Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of hospitality and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable visit.

Duties
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
Must be comfortable making your own drinks and have some bar experience or knowledge.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly.
Assist in restocking supplies as needed throughout the shift.

Experience




Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry.
Solid customer service skills with an ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Familiarity with Lightspeed POS systems is a plus but can be learned on the job.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
Must be able to prepare basic alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and have knowledge of bar operations.
