Your responsibilities include leading the design process, electrical calculations, and collaborating with clients. Key Responsibilities:
Develop design drawings for HV and MV substations
Review electrical calculations and equipment sizing
Prepare specifications for equipment procurement
Visit sites for scope validation and inspections
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines Requirements:
At least 6 years of experience with utilities
Electrical engineering degree (power specialization preferred)
Registration with Engineer and Geoscientists of BC
Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code
