Job Overview

Purpose:

The Server is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to ensure every guest has an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and make them feel welcome.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Enter orders into the POS system correctly.
Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner.
Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to their needs.
Process payments accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized section.
Follow all restaurant policies, food safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Work as a team with kitchen, bar, hosts, and fellow servers.
Complete opening, side work, and closing duties.

Requirements:
Friendly, positive, and qualified attitude.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Smart Serve certification (required where applicable).
