The Independence

Consultant role within EY’s Risk Management group centers on developing and overseeing independence processes. You will engage closely with client teams to guide compliance with strict auditor independence standards. This position plays a crucial role in consulting on risk management practices and enhancing the firm's reputation for quality and integrity. Key Responsibilities:
Lead consultations on independence issues across teams
Ensure compliance with global independence policies
Develop tools and processes for ongoing monitoring
Conduct training programs on independence and risk
Contribute to practice inspections and audits Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience in compliance or risk
Solid communication and presentation abilities
