You’ll be hands‑on in the field, guiding your team, ensuring quality work, and helping bring divisional goals to life — all while enjoying the outdoors.What will you do around here?Plan, schedule, and delegate daily work to keep jobs on trackLead, coach, and support your crew’s performance and developmentTroubleshoot challenges, manage incidents, and support conflict resolutionInspect, maintain, and perform minor repairs on equipmentOperate a truck and trailer safely and professionallyRepresent Team Horizon with professionalism and excellent customer serviceChampion safety through toolbox talks and proper PPE useComplete daily and weekly paperwork including inspections, reports,



and timecardsWe’d love to chat if you have:Education & CertificationsSecondary school completion (asset); horticulture education (asset)Industry certifications (Red Seal, CLT, Pesticide Applicator) an assetSafety certifications (OFA Level 1, Fall Protection) an assetValid Class 5 driver’s license (required)Experience & Skills2+ years in landscaping or equivalent educationExperience leading or supervising a crewComfortable with physically demanding outdoor workStrong communication, teamwork, and customer service skillsExperience operating landscape equipmentBasic mechanical and plant knowledgePositive attitude and strong work ethicPhysical RequirementsThis is a100% labour‑based rolerequiring lifting 50+ lbs and repetitive bending, crouching, twisting, and standing or walking for extended periods.Your office is outdoors — rain or shine. Shifts are4 x 10-hour days, giving you a3‑day weekend.
