Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
Handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly to guarantee satisfaction.

Requirements
Previous food service experience in a restaurant (minimum 2 years).
Knowledge of POS systems is advantageous.
Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that makes guests feel valued.
Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and understanding basic math for transactions.
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
