This role involves optimizing staff schedules, budgeting, and maintaining high merchandising standards while ensuring compliance with regulations. You will provide leadership, develop staff, and implement best practices for store management. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store management in compliance with policies
Develop action plans for operational improvements
Lead and motivate the store team towards goals
Manage store budget objectives for sales and profits
Ensure adherence to government regulations and guidelines Requirements:
Grade 12 education
Two years of retail supervisory experience
Preferred experience in wine and spirits retail
Business-related experience is an asset
