Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and high-energy Shift Lead to join our team! In this role, you will play a hands-on part in day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality standards, and assisting with team coordination during your shifts. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills who thrives in a rapid-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front-of-house operations and point-of-sale customer service during assigned shifts.
Assist with opening or closing cash procedures, maintaining accurate drawer balances.
Guide and support team members on shift to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Monitor product freshness, inventory levels, and food safety standards.
Maintain a clean, welcoming,



and organized storefront for mall guests.

What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, quick-service food, or hospitality preferred).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or specific mall shift times.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 36.0 per week
