Our busy and growing podiatric medicine clinic is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Senior Medical Receptionist to join our team in Grimsby.

What We’re Looking For
Previous medical reception experience preferred (1–3 years)
Robust customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities Include
Welcoming and assisting patients
Scheduling appointments and triaging patient inquiries
Handling insurance claims, WSIB, HCAI, and estimates
Processing payments and insurance cheques
Preparing consultation letters and referrals
Maintaining clinic organization and following office procedures




Assisting with infection control and sterilization protocols (training provided)
Learning about our retail operations at Peak Performance Footwear
Training on orthopaedic footwear and brand training
Assist with sales and transitions within a retail environment if needed.
Ordering medical and office supplies
Supporting a positive patient experience and clinic environment

Additional Information
CPR, First Aid, and WHMIS training provided
Key holder responsibilities included
Some evening shifts required
Prolonged sitting and time on phones
(Clinic hours extend until 7:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 36.0 per week
