Senior Product Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and help build next-generation banking and financial products. This role involves working in a rapid-paced, client-focused setting and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality B2B2C fintech solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in fintech, payments, or banking products, and has worked on mobile and web applications.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Support
Own and execute the product roadmap aligned with business goals
Gather requirements and create clear specifications for engineering teams
Write user stories, manage the product backlog, and prioritize sprint work
Define and track KPIs and product success metrics
Work with external partners to integrate third-party services
Identify and remove business-level roadblocks for delivery teams




Support issue resolution by working closely with customer support
Conduct user research and analyze product analytics to improve features
Document requirements, release notes, and product updates

Required Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in Product Management
Proven experience managing fintech, payments, or banking products
Experience working on B2B2C platforms
Strong experience with mobile and web applications
Ability to understand technical concepts and work closely with engineering teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Robust prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing demands
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in established fintech or payments environments
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
