Your duties will include
Handling incoming sales inquiries and presentations
Preparing sales orders and purchase orders
Maintaining CRM and inventory spreadsheets
Liaising with clients and suppliers
Supporting the eStore/eCommerce process
Coordinating logistics, couriers, and deliveries
Sourcing, pricing, and purchasing products
Participating in special projects and industry events
Delivering creative solutions for outstanding customer service
Leading internal communication and support as the "go-to" person for the sales team
