Overview

As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Assisstant to strengthen our sales operations and support our expanding business.

Responsibilities
Provide sales support in B2B setting
Perform daily admin tasks, supporting sales representatives
Managing sales orders, purchase orders, quotations, inventory search, pricing, and customer information within an ERP system
Collaborates effectively across Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, and Accounting departments
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Other tasks required by the manager

Skills
Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP system is a strong asset
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, construction, manufacturing, or distribution is an asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy workplace
Strong attention to detail when working with part numbers, pricing,



quantities, and purchase orders
Confidence working with numbers, pricing, and margins
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, solutions-focused mindset
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other team members

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
