You will lead the NPI process for advanced analog and mixed-signal semiconductor products, ensuring high quality and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with design, test, and quality engineers to drive success in various projects while mentoring junior engineers to promote knowledge-sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and drive NPI activities from conception to release
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launch success
Define Design for Manufacturability and Testability requirements
Develop and implement comprehensive product characterization plans
Analyze data across PVT variations for yield optimization Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 8 years in semiconductor technology or engineering
Experience with quality systems and failure analysis
Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and ATE test platforms
