Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Guard

What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the workplace, anticipate risk and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and strong social skills are your greatest strengths.

As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling settings such as retail stores, airports, security facility centers, etc.

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 20:00 – 08:00 hrs

Responsibilities for Tactical Security Guard
Conduct regular patrols and secure assigned areas.
Monitor CCTV, alarms, and emergency systems.
Control access and verify identification.




Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
Complete accurate incident reports and daily logs.
Assist with patient escorts and morgue procedures as required.
Maintain confidentiality and follow healthcare security policies.
Work with staff, emergency services, and law enforcement when required.

Qualifications for Tactical Security Guard
Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid security license
First aid certification
Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
