The role emphasizes hands-on modelling with ETABS/SAFE/S-Frame, code-compliant design, and collaboration across teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign structures for commercial/multi-dwelling buildings (concrete, steel, masonry, wood), with assets in industrial/institutional/civil.Carry projects from concept through construction drawings using ETABS, SAFE, S-Frame; develop Excel calculations as needed.Prepare conceptual designs, markups, general arrangements, foundations, and working drawings; Bluebeam proficiency desirable.Perform structural analysis/design for building components using licensed software.Oversee production staff on working drawings for steel, masonry, timber,
