Rosegold Health Inc. is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Registered Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. We are looking for a clinician who is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and helping clients achieve their mobility, recovery, and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-informed physiotherapy interventions tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, rehabilitation strategies, injury prevention, and self-management.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, caregivers, and other members of the care team when required.
Support patients in improving strength, mobility, function, independence, and quality of life.
Maintain skilled standards and comply with applicable healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Qualifications




Degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
Current registration and positive standing with the applicable provincial regulatory college.
Professional liability insurance as required.
Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

Pay: $55.00-$80.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
