Director is critical to enhancing the retail business for the Banff Jasper Collection. This leadership role requires managing buying, inventory, and a team of retail associates across multiple locations. You will ensure that stores maintain impeccable presentation and service quality that reflect Pursuit's dedication to guest engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic retail plans for business growth
Manage inventory to minimize losses and maximize revenues
Train and mentor retail staff across all locations
Oversee retail operations and budget forecasting
Coordinate merchandising plans to enhance the customer experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in retail leadership roles
Experience managing multiple retail units
Solid knowledge in purchasing and merchandising principles
Proficiency in Point of Sale systems, Retail Pro preferred
