Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Regen Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operating various systems and equipment, particularly in environments related to water treatment. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

Regen Operator

-Operation of Deionization Regeneration Plant
verification of depleted tanks
cleaning of tanks
inducting resin out of depleted tanks
separation of anion and cation resins

– regeneration of anion and cation resins
filling of DI tanks
pressure and water quality testing tanks
documentation of regeneration process and logging of all relevant parameters
labelling of tanks
Re-bedding of carbon tanks of various sizes and configurations.
inducting carbon out of depleted tanks
cleaning of tanks
filling of carbon tanks
pressure testing tanks
labelling of tanks
updating of work orders and batch records with pertinent information
Assembly of PVC piping systems and fittings,



riser tubes in tank assemblies
Assembly of new and repair of old tanks
Onsite support of carbon and DI tanks, when required.
Execute heavy lifting tasks as necessary while maintaining safety protocols.
Maintain in house Reverse Osmosis system complete with all pre and post treatment equipment.

Skills
This is an unique set of skills that will be coached from our current regen operator
Competence in data collection and analysis skills for effective decision-making.
Basic math skills for calculations related to operational tasks.
Experience with plumbing systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
