We're looking for an experienced, people-first Retail Store Manager to run daily operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences at our Winnipeg store.

What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and schedule a team of retail staff to hit performance and service goals
Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory and staffing
Handle customer escalations and ensure a excellent in-store experience
Drive traffic through in-store events and marketing initiatives
Track KPIs and maintain store standards

What You Bring:
Passion for photography and helping customers find the right products and services
2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience (required)
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills




Proven ability to drive sales and manage a team to meet performance goals
A customer-first mindset and problem-solving ability
