We are searching for a dedicated individual to fill the Client Success Manager role, focusing on guiding current clients through the implementation of our software. This position involves collaborating with a range of stakeholders, delivering training, and ensuring that clients achieve their safety and compliance goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee onboarding projects to ensure client success • Provide customized training sessions to client teams • Manage client data migration and configuration needs • Build lasting relationships with project teams and clients • Drive improvements in onboarding processes and documentation

Requirements: • 5+ years in Customer Success, Training, or Client Implementation • Experience with SaaS solutions and onboarding enterprise clients • Solid communication skills to explain complex systems • Experience in Learning Management Systems or EHS software • Language proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus
