Job Overview

We're looking for a Retail Sales Associate for our West Edmonton Mall location. You'll be the face of the store for our customers - helping them find the right products, building real product knowledge, and keeping the floor running smoothly, often on your own.

Schedule

Full time schedule is four 10-hour shifts per week (10am-8pm), giving you three days off every week. Part time arrangements may also be considered.

Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older (legal requirement to sell and handle vape and tobacco products in Alberta)
Comfortable working independently on the sales floor
Enjoys customer service and learning about retail products

Responsibilities




Deliver excellent customer service on the sales floor
Build product knowledge across vape hardware, e-liquids, and accessories
Process sales accurately through our point-of-sale (POS) system
Merchandise and restock shelves
General store upkeep
