Duties
Conduct detailed quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measurement tools such as calipers and gauges
Perform visual and dimensional assessments to identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from quality standards
Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for review and reporting
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions
Maintain comprehensive records of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and compliance documentation
Support implementation of quality management systems (QMS)



and ensure adherence to QA/QC protocols
Assist in calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment to ensure measurement accuracy

Requirements
Proven experience in quality management or quality control within a manufacturing environment
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or issues
Knowledge of quality assurance processes, including QA/QC standards and procedures
Proficiency with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Excellent attention to detail coupled with effective communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows and quality inspection techniques
